SHIPPING


HOW LONG WILL ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?  

Orders typically take up to 2-5 business days to process before being shipped.

During Holidays processing times may take up to 5-7 days.    


Please note in limited cases,  if you are purchasing an extremely light or heavy item you may be contacted via email and shipping charges can vary.


HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?           

Transit Times to Australia: 2 - 5 Business days            

Transit times to International: 10 - 14 Business days          

Average transit times are received in 2 weeks.  

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. 


While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.


ORDER COLLECTION

Perth residents can collect their orders directly from us at our Mini Store located in North Beach, WA on notification of Ready for Collection.


WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?  

Each individual order will be shipped and you will be emailed with a tracking number upon shipment.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or the piece was damaged during delivery, we will happily provide an exchange within 14 days of the purchased along with your receipt of purchase showing the date. 


Your satisfaction with our pieces is purely our number one priority.   Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee replacement for all our jewellery pieces, some items are very rare and are one of a kind pieces. If this is the case, we will do our best to find a beautiful piece that is very similar or we can supply something else suited to your requirements.   



RETURNS


 Return Exceptions

  • Earrings and pierced items we are unable to be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
  • If the item has been broken by the customer and is not a manufacturing issue unfortunately we cannot be held liable.
  • Please email saltysoulscollective@gmail.com with your order number and return request.
  • The pieces must reach us within 14 days of notifying is on the return.
  • All returns must include the order number otherwise we will be unable to indentify  who it has come from and will be unable to provide you with a refund. 
  • The return postage is the responsibility of the customer and original postage is non refundable.
  • All products must be returned unworn and the same packaging it arrived in.
  • If you have damaged your items or they shown signs of wear we will be unable to accept the piece for a return.
  • Please allow 1-3 working days for the refund to be processed back to you in the same method that the order was paid with.
